All floral arrangements are subject to seasonal flower availability and design suitability.

We recommend placing event and corporate enquiries as early as possible to ensure availability.

Due to seasonal and market availability, certain flowers or foliage may occasionally be substituted with blooms of similar style, colour or value.

While exact replication is not always possible, we will always maintain the overall aesthetic and quality of the arrangement.

Corporate floral subscriptions are tailored individually to each client and may include weekly, fortnightly or scheduled deliveries.

Service adjustments, pauses or cancellations require advance notice prior to the next scheduled delivery.

Event and wedding bookings may require a deposit to secure the date.

Final details, quantities and styling requirements should be confirmed prior to the event date.

We currently service Melbourne CBD and surrounding suburbs.

Please ensure delivery details are accurate and accessible at the time of ordering.

If no recipient is available at delivery, arrangements may be left in a safe location where appropriate.

Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery requests.

Fresh flowers are natural products and may vary slightly in colour, shape and bloom size.

Proper care will help maximise vase life, though longevity may vary depending on flower variety, season and environmental conditions.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, change-of-mind refunds are generally not accepted.
