We're a husband-and-wife team based in East Melbourne, building Everly Florals around a simple belief — that flowers have the power to transform a space, honour an occasion, and leave a lasting impression on everyone who encounters them.
Our story
Started with love.
Built with intention.
Everly Florals began the way most good things do — quietly, and with a lot of heart. What started as a love of arranging flowers for our own home gradually became something we couldn't stop thinking about.
We noticed something simple: beautiful, fresh flowers make spaces feel alive. They make guests feel welcomed, staff feel valued, and moments feel truly special. And yet, finding a florist who was reliable, personal, and genuinely invested in your space was harder than it should be.
So we decided to be that florist. Everly Florals is boutique by design — we take on a carefully chosen number of clients so every single one receives our full attention, creativity, and care.
Everly Florals was born from a quiet dream.
Erin always imagined a life surrounded by flowers — not just arranging them, but creating spaces that feel warm, thoughtful, and alive.
Today, while balancing full-time work and growing our family, we’re slowly building that dream together, one arrangement at a time.

Erin Moon
Founder — Floral Design & Creative
With over five years of professional floristry experience, Erin brings a refined eye for colour, texture, and seasonal design to every arrangement. Holding a Diploma of Design and three years of experience as an Event Planner in the luxury hospitality industry, she combines artistic creativity with a deep understanding of event styling and client experience.
Each floral piece is thoughtfully crafted to feel elegant, intentional, and emotionally memorable.
William Liu
Co-founder — Operations & Client Relations
With over eight years of experience in the hospitality industry, His background in high-end client service and two years of customer service operations experience helps ensure every Everly Florals experience feels seamless, reliable, and professionally managed.
From logistics and communication to delivery coordination and client care, he focuses on making every detail effortless for both corporate and private clients.
